Graphology, also known as handwriting analysis, is the study and interpretation of handwriting to understand the personality traits, behaviours, and psychological characteristics of an individual. It is based on the premise that handwriting is a reflection of one’s subconscious mind and can reveal insights into their thoughts, emotions, and personality dynamics.
Here are some key aspects of graphology:
Overall, graphology offers a fascinating perspective on the connection between handwriting and personality, providing insights into the subconscious mind and psychological functioning. While it may not be universally accepted as a rigorous scientific discipline, graphology can be a valuable tool for self-exploration, personal growth, and understanding human behaviour.
Graphotherapy is a form of therapy that involves making intentional changes to handwriting to bring about desired changes in behaviour or mindset. While not as widely researched as other therapeutic modalities, some proponents suggest that certain handwriting changes can help individuals manage stress and improve well-being.

Now that you understand that – though we call it “handwriting” because we see people all around us writing with their hands – you would have noticed that those who don’t have hands, hold the pen in their toes to write…those who don’t even have toes/feet/legs, they hold the pen in their mouth and write. This proves that writing has nothing much to do with the ‘hand’, but actually is “brain writing” or more precisely, it comes from the “sub conscious mind”.
A lay person doesn’t have easy access to the sub conscious mind and thus cannot know what the ‘patterns’ are hidden away! These patterns in turn make you behave the way you do. I always say “the magic happens at the sub conscious mind, as also all the problems in your personality”.
Let me illustrate to you with an example. If you have a ‘dead mouse’ in your home, what will you do? Will you ‘sweep it under the carpet’, or under the sofa or keep it hidden in your wardrobe?! I hear you say, “Duh Coach! The Obvious answer is that the first thing that I’ll will do is to throw it out!” and you are absolutely right!! But tell me this…is that what you have been doing with all the negative experiences, negative thoughts, and build up of toxicity in your own mind?!? And the resounding answer is a BIG NO!
Graphology (Handwriting Analysis) can help revel these ‘hidden patterns’ and Graphotherapy (Handwriting based therapy) can correct these for you. This will be the start of your transformation into a peaceful, cheerful, joyous, happy and a relaxed personality!!!!
